Welcome to the first episode of Tyarra's new miniseries documenting her 2020 comp prep journey!
Tyarra is currently six weeks out from her first show of the season and has decided to record an episode each week documenting her prep in detail, including her experiences competing in six different shows and three federations! As well, Tyarra plans to go into great depth on her plan of attack for each week, including training, nutrition, learning experiences, "comp feels" and emotions, peak week plans PLUS MORE!
In this first episode Tyarra gives insight into her history as an athlete and physique competitor, including the physical and psychological changes she's made over the years. As well, Tyarra gives a detailed recap of the past 20 weeks of her 2020 comp prep and her plan of attack moving forward!
