In this episode we were able to make the most of Lawrence’s expertise and quiz him on a number of physio topics that we are frequently asked! Some of the questions consisted of:
- Difference between cold and heat therapy for injuries
- When is the best time to start using a lifting belt and how should they be used?
- Stretching - can we actually “stretch” our muscles? What is actually going on?
